Based in Charleston, SC, young designer Courtney Laine sets herself apart from other designers with her unique combination of beadwork and metalsmithing. Classified as fine jewelry, Passementerie only uses 18-24k gold, platinum, sterling silver, and fine gemstones.

Starting her own business right out of East Carolina University, Samantha Barnett specializes in simple silver, copper and enamel pieces. Inspired by religion and nature, Samantha thrives on organic motivations.

 

Tracy Mallon

Starting out at Parsons School of Design in New York, Tracy was well received in the fashion industry. With experience at DKNY, Kate Spade, and Banana Republic, Tracy now designs for her brand based out of Chapel Hill, NC.

From starting her business out of her small NY apartment with a very small team, Wendy Mink has come a long way. Gaining inspiration from Indian sari’s and using many handcut stones from India, Wendy’s work reflects the bright colors and simplicity of Indian culture. Now well-respected in the fashion industry, Wendy has been featured in magazines including Lucky, InStyle, and Self.
